Şerafettin Serhan Özboz received his B.Sc. degree in Electronics Engineering from Sabanci University, Turkey in january 2021. He is currently working toward his M.Sc. degree at the same university. His research has focused on analog/RF/mm-wave integrated circuits and phased-array RADARs. His research interests include Wideband Bidirectional Transceivers.
