Ömer Ceylan

Omer Ceylan received the B.S. degree in Microelectronics Engineering and the M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in Electronics Engineering from Sabanci University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2006, 2008 and 2016, respectively. He is currently a postdoctoral researcher in Sabanci University. His research focuses on mixed signal IC design and readout integrated circuit (ROIC) design for sensor interfaces. His research interests include infrared imaging systems and sensor readout circuits for bio-sensors. He has several journal and proceeding papers in IEEE, Infrared Physics & Technology and SPIE. He also received entrepreneurship award with his teammates in 2012 from Republic of Turkey Ministry of Science, Industry and Technology. He is co-founder and general manager of TUMSIS, Istanbul, which is a custom IC design startup company.
