İlker Kalyoncu

Ph.D. Student

Ilker Kalyoncu received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Electronics Engineering from Sabanci University, Turkey in 2011 and 2013, respectively. He is currently working toward his Ph.D. degree at the same university. His research has focused on SiGe-based 5G communication circuits and systems at 28 GHz, as well as X-band T/R modules for phased array applications. His research interests include analog/RF/mm-wave integrated circuits, digitally-assisted RF applications, full duplex radios and adaptive self-interference cancellation. He is a recipient of 2012 MTTS undergraduate/pregraduate scholarship award for his work on X-band passive phase shifters and took second place in 2012 IMS student design competition on rugged high-linearity LNA design. He has more than 10 publications in IEEE journals and conferences.
