Can Çalışkan received his BS degree in Electronic Engineering from Sabanci University in 2012. In 2014 he received his MSc. degree from same university where he majored in Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit (RFIC) design. After that, he started his PhD at Sabanci University. Currently he is a member of the RFIC research group within the Microsystems Lab at Sabanci University. His work is mainly focused on SiGe BiCMOS based X-Band T/R Module structures, LNA designs with sub-1dB NF, UWB operating LNA, and PS architectures with high resolution. His research interests include Analog IC design, Semiconductor Physics and Devices, Microelectronic Fabrication Technologies and Processes, Digital IC and RF-MEMS.
